Cancellation and refund policies 

​

Up in Serra da Bocaina there are NO commerce to supply the lodge. Food purchases are made in advance based on reservations already scheduled. Therefore, follow the cancellation rules.

 

The deposit made in order to assure the reservation will be fully refunded, when the cancellation occurs, at least 20 days before the lodging date. 

​

The cancellation a week from de lodging date will generate a credit within the next 90 days, according to the rooms availability at the lodge. 

​

There will be NO REFUND OR CREDIT upon canceled reservation less than a week (7 days) from the lodging date.
